VRO Construction Joint Stock Company was established on 16th November 2005 by a team of Doctors, Masters and Engineers who are lecturers of National University of Civil Engineering with profound experiences in consulting and construction.

Therefore, having been through 15 years of continuous efforts to improve and develop, with thousands of projects and constructions successfully executed, VRO continues to be a reliable choice of customers in providing design and consulting solutions, specifically in the fields of structural design, construction, research and development of new technologies and materials for the construction industry.

Since 2016, VRO has applied quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 to all activities of the company from office to factory to ensure the best quality of customer service.
