Production line transfer of unburnt brick G-VRO
1. Production line transfer of EPS foam core brick G-VRO in the below types:
– Type 1: VRO completely transfers the whole technology including production line to the partner to produce, sell and construct by themselves in a certain region/province/locality without competition on market share and profit with any other parties.
– Type 2: VRO completely transfers the whole technology including production line to the partner to produce, sell, and construct by themselves in all areas (except for areas where VRO has sold the exclusive copyright to other partners) and, at the same time, share the profit with VRO in accordance with the original contribution agreement
– Type 3: VRO completely transfers the whole technology including production line to the partner for self-production for a certain project, provided that raw materials must be purchased from VRO at the agreed price.
